A hidden gem in Cartagena with tasteful architecture, beautiful furnishings, and decorations. Sweet little pool with clean, warm water. Welcoming and friendly staff who take care of every need. Breakfast included with fresh fruit, eggs, toast, juice, coffee, and tea. Amazing staff, super friendly. Marco and Jorge were excellent. Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Had a great Christmas stay at this boutique hotel. The bed was super comfy and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood, but still close enough to all the tourist attractions. Another advantage is the beautiful facility and lovely interior design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The bathroom was a bit small, which made it cramped for getting ready and maneuvering around. the maintenance could use some improvement, as there were some small issues with the room such as a broken toilet seat and a lock that didn't work properly.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel. I also appreciated the family-style breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs. the location was great, situated in a secure and quiet middle-class neighborhood which offered a nice break from the touristy areas. An added benefit was the nearby shopping mall.

The staff here is exceptional, providing excellent customer service that made me feel completely at ease. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted and taken care of throughout my stay. The room itself was a true oasis, with all the amenities one could ask for - air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. I particularly enjoyed the dining table and patio, where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The hotel also provided free toiletries, cookware, and utensils, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV and an AM/FM alarm clock, offering entertainment and convenience. Additionally, there was a dining area for outdoor dining, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while enjoying a delicious meal. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi in public areas, making it easy to stay connected. I was extremely impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.
